Chantal Choromanski

Chantal Choromanski graduated from Auckland University of Technology with a Bachelors of Health Science in Physiotherapy in 2008. She then gained 5 years of experience in a hospital setting within areas such as orthopaedics, burns and plastics, paediatrics, neurological rehabilitation and community rehabilitation.

Chantal also treated a range of acute and chronic hand and upper limb clients during this time. This is where her passion for hand therapy stemmed from.

In 2013 Chantal completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Rehabilitation at Auckland University of Technology that included specialised training in hand and upper limb therapy. Thereafter she commenced work in the private practice hand therapy setting where she has gained more that 10 years of experience.

Chantal strives to help patients return to their pre-injury level, whether that be work, sport or anything that is important to them.

Chantal particularly enjoys staying up to date with the latest in hand therapy research and developing tailored rehabilitation programs for her patients.

Outside of work Chantal enjoys staying active, restaurant dining, spending time her family and taking their English Staffy, Charlie, for long walks.
