Connor Heskett graduated from Australian Catholic University (ACU) with a Bachelor of Occupational therapy.
He has two years clinical experience as an occupational therapist working in the community with participants that have various conditions on the NDIS. He developed a passion for hand therapy during his final clinical placement at Gold Coast University Hospital. Connor believes this passion grew from his interest in the anatomy of the upper limb and seeing the direct impact that hand therapy can have on someone’s functional capacity.
Connor strives to help patients return to their pre-injury level, whether that be work, sport or general activities of daily living. Connor particularly enjoys staying up to date with the latest hand therapy research and developing tailored rehabilitation programs for his patients.
He is an avid sports fan who can be seen to watch various types of sports such as AFL, Motor sports, and soccer. Outside of work you’ll find Connor at the beach or walking his dog.
